Terms of Service

By installing or using the FollowTrack Chrome extension ("the Service") you agree to these terms. Contact: the support email on our Chrome Web Store listing.

1. The Service

FollowTrack shows changes in the public followers of X accounts you choose. It works with public data only, does not log in to X and does not post or follow on your behalf. FollowTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X Corp.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass, stalk or harm anyone, to break X's rules or the law, or to overload or resell the Service. We may limit or block installations that abuse it.

3. Plans and limits

The FREE plan is supported by ads and has scan-frequency and size limits shown in the extension. PRO removes ads and raises limits within a fair-use allowance. Limits may change to keep the Service running; the current ones are always shown in the extension.

4. Payments

• PRO is sold for 1 month or 12 months and paid in cryptocurrency through Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot) in Telegram. Prices are in US dollars; the crypto amount is set by Crypto Pay at payment time.
• No automatic renewal. PRO ends at the end of the paid period unless you pay again; paying again extends the same license key.
• PRO is activated automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment. A license key works on up to 3 devices.
• Because crypto payments can't be reversed by us, payments are non-refundable, except where the Service did not work for you because of our fault — write to us within 14 days and we will extend or refund at our discretion. Overpayments and underpayments are handled by Crypto Pay's own rules.
• Keep your license key. If you lose it, it is kept in your @CryptoBot chat, and the extension can restore it with the invoice ID.

5. Availability

The Service depends on third-party data sources and may be interrupted, limited or changed. It is provided "as is", without warranties. Follower data may be incomplete or delayed.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
